You are responsible for
- Resolving any customer, dealer or wholesaler related technical service concerns in the field
- Technical support and training for our partners
- Participation in trade fairs and open days at the dealers' locations
- Technical and commercial guidance to caravan dealers (products, advertising etc.)
- Performing on demand on-site repair and fitter jobs
You bring along
- Technical education
- Being familiar with technical products with a commercial component
- Experience in caravan industry is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Pleasure in independent working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Driving license
- English and German language skills are a plus
